During this session, you will meet with Dr. Cohn, learn more details about what Otoplasty surgery involves, and share your concerns and goals with him. What to expect on the day of Otoplasty surgery

Before your surgical appointment, you will be given a list of pre-operative instructions that will prepare you for the procedure. These instructions can include (but are not limited to) avoiding certain types of medications or fasting for a specific amount of time.

There, you will be given a complete list of guidelines about the recovery process and what to expect. During the recovery stage at home, it is normal to experience itching under the bandage, but it is vitally important you don’t try to scratch or remove the bandages before the wound has fully healed.
