He explained complex medical information in an understandable manner. His meticulous attention to detail and clear communication throughout the entire process—from pre-operation consultations to very involved post-operative care—demonstrated a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. Dr. Cohn is highly skilled and his compassionate approach made a significant difference in my recovery. I was sent home from the hospital with a bag full of all the things needed for a seamless recovery. I am incredibly grateful for the successful outcome of my surgery. I underwent a septoplasty/revision. I was nervous as this would be the second time I needed this surgery making it an extremely challenging and complicated case. Major breathing issues/nasal valve collapse combined with aesthetics. Dr. Cohn gives off calm energy which put my mind at ease. Dr. Cohn is a perfectionist and his precision is evident in the results, and I feel fortunate to have been under his care especially as a high risk patient. Dr. Cohn is a master of reconstructive surgery with natural results.
Five stars is not enough to describe Dr. Cohn and his staff. Absolute best ! Dr. Cohn is so caring , knowledgeable and attentive. He takes his time and explains everything so well . His office is always accommodating when it comes to appointments- never a long wait . They are very efficient. It’s not easy to find a good doctor these days – but I definitely found a GREAT doctor when I met Dr. Cohn . Highly recommended !

Dr. Cohn is a truly amazing doctor and surgeon, I definitely recommend him. I had a septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Cohn last year and was very nervous before the procedure (naturally) but Dr. Cohn eased my worries. I had a lot of questions, which Dr. Cohn encouraged and really took his time to answer, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed during my appointments and he really understood what I was looking for. beautiful and clean work, I love my nose more and more each day as the swelling minimizes.
Dr. Jason Cohn is the best plastic surgeon I’ve ever seen. He’s highly skilled, empathetic, and personable. He makes me feel heard and comes up with the best treatment plans, whether it’s cosmetic or medical. His new office is warm & welcoming & his office staff is professional, friendly and always takes the best care of me. He has done an amazing job helping me with my TMJ pain that I have had for years.
